Hi, I understand that if someone buys my course from my link I will get 97%?! something like this,

but,

when this person buys different course am I getting some affiliate comission or I have to apply for affiliate program in awin/shareasale or some other company?

You are asking about the amazon type of thing? No Udemy dont do that, if someone buys from your link then it will be your 97% profit. If that person buys something else, you will get nothing and the other instructor will be paid 50% udemy organic sales
