Sound not present in one of my videos

Hi all,

I just launched my course, everything was fine on day 1. Then a friend who reviewed noticed the sound wasn't coming through on the intro video. I checked yesterday and indeed no sound! I checked this morning, and the sound is back and the video is working as it should.

Does this happen more often? I am worried that, while launching the course in my network, I get the same thing.
