is Quicktime the best way to export video from iphone11?

I am new here. I film my video with iPhone. I try to export video to get feedback. Udemy recommends using Quicktime. Is this the best and easy way?

Quicktime is one of the recommended Video Editor Softwares for mac users only. I was able to find a post related to using an iPhone 11 to record courses, check this out.
