How I can get course captions?

    English, Spanish, and Portuguese auto-generated captions will be generated for new courses in these respective languages after the course has been submitted to our review team for approval. If your course is in English, you get English Auto-generated captions/ If your course is in Spanish, you get Spanish Auto-generated captions. You can find more information about autogenerated captions in this article.

    My course has been live for several weeks but no captions have been generated. What can I do?

    Thank you for following up, if your course is in any of these languages: English, Spanish, or Portuguese, the auto-generated subtitles will be created for the course after it receives 20 or more enrollments on the marketplace.
