Mashup with files already in library

Hello fellow instructors,

I am having trouble creating a mashup with the powerpoint slides and videos that are now in my library. The first time I created a mashup was by uploading the video and ppt from my desktop. Now that the ppt is in my library, I can't access it for my mashup placeholder. Nor does it appear in my local folder when I search for it from the mashup file chooser. Pls help. Thx.

    If you're having trouble creating a mashup with PowerPoint slides and videos from your library, try these steps:

    Verify File Location: Ensure the PPT and video files are correctly stored in your library.
    Check Permissions: Make sure you have the necessary access permissions.
    File Chooser Search: Refresh the library, or log out and back in. Use different search terms in the file chooser.
    Re-upload Files: If the PPT doesn’t appear, re-upload it directly from your desktop.
