I just heard about the Program and I am absolutely devastated that it was not announced in the German community forum.
Now it‘s closed and I cannot apply anymore.

I was one of the first German Udemy Instructors back in 2014/2015.
I have over 100 courses and 180,000+ students.

If I have no opportunity to join the program - who should be able join then?

Hi, @SebiGloeckner I'm sorry you feel this way, the pilot version of the Instructor Partner Program is being offered in English. As we learn from this experience we hope to grow the program to support additional languages. Thanks for your understanding.

the reason why I am so upset is that I was not approached and I personally know three German instructors who actually are in the Instructor Partner Program already.

We understand your frustration. The pilot version of the Udemy Instructor Partner Program is being offered in English at this time, though we have instructors from across our language markets who applied and are part of the program.

We will be reopening applications to the Instructor Partner Program in May and invite you to apply at that time. We are also hoping to expand our programming to new language markets in 2022.We are opening up our call for International Community Champions this month and you are welcome to apply. Please stay tuned to the upcoming announcements.
