Problem in uploading picture

in First-time course creation

Hello!,
I am a beginner instructor. I am trying to fill the premium instructor form with the picture required but it says policy expired even though the picture is 200*200 pixels
Pleas help

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues while uploading the profile picture. You might need to resize the photo and try to add it again or you can reach out to the support team at instructorsupport@udemy.com they will be able to help you out.
