How to Reach Udemy's Support Teams

When you have a question or encounter a problem, there are a couple different ways to get help. The first step is to do a quick search to check if this question has already been asked.

If you can’t find a relevant answer, consider whether it’s a problem specific to you or if you’re asking a broader discussion topic. If it’s a discussion topic (ie. How often do you update your course?), please start a conversation in our online instructor community.

If it’s a problem specific to you and your course (ie. What happened to this specific review?), please reach out directly to one of our instructor support teams. We’ve put together a quick doc to help you quickly determine who to contact and when you can expect to hear back. Please keep in mind that the instructor community is not the best place to escalate your issue if you have yet to hear back, especially if you have not heard back before the expected time.

General Inquiries & Bugs

If you have general questions or are experiencing issues during the course creation and management process, please reach out to our team at instructorsupport@udemy.com. You can expect to hear back in 1-2 business days.

Verification

If you’re having trouble getting your identity verified, please reach out to verification@udemy.com. You can expect to hear back from our team in 2 business days.

Course Quality Review Process

If you’ve submitted your course, you can expect to hear back about your submission in 2 business days. Please keep in mind that our team reviews courses in the order it was submitted, so sometimes it may take a little longer if a lot of instructors are submitting courses at the same time.

Udemy Policy Questions

If you have questions about our policies, whether that’s about promotional announcements or review spam filter, please reach out to policy@udemy.com. You can expect to hear back from the team in 1-2 business days. However, please keep in mind that investigations or questions about potential fraud may take longer.

Piracy Concerns on Other Sites

If you find your course on a pirate site, please submit a takedown request directly with our partner Link-Busters here. You can find more information about the program at this link. Please keep in mind that Link-Busters does not reply to confirm they received the request. If you have questions about the Piracy Detection Program, please reach out to instructorsupport@udemy.com.

Copyright Concerns on Udemy

If you see your work copied on another Udemy course, please reach out to copyright@udemy.com with as much information as possible so our team can look into it. You can expect to hear back from our team in 1 business day.

Student Inquiries & Bugs

If your students are encountering issues while using Udemy’s platform, please refer them to our Help Center, which has extensive troubleshooting resources to assist them. They can also contact Udemy Support directly by clicking Contact Us on any Help Center article.
