It appears that your course image includes text. Udemy research has found that course images containing text are less successful. Because of this, we only allow text in course images in very limited cases - primarily in the context of a logo. can you help me what will i do with this?

I have a course which has currently 114 ratings. I have downloaded the ratings as a .csv file. The average of the 114 ratings in Excel is 4.876. However, in Udemy the current rating of the course is 4.79. Can anyone please tell me what's the reason?
