I am a 13 year old boy, from India. I am Pratham Hegde, and my email is I had mailed policy@udemy.com,

from Udemy saying that me and my guardian had to record a video, and paste the lines in starting of the mail. I did all of it and mailed them on May 2 ,12:30 PM in IST. But I have not yet received any mail, and I am worried because, it is saying my account will get deleted in the next week, if I do not get verified. Please help me
