What Are the Best Tools for Animation?

I am planning to add animation to my videos to enhance the best learning experience so please suggest animation paid tools.

I use Vyond. I have made also some videos using https://movio.la/ , this is not an animation tool like Vyond, but for some presentation videos is great, it use AI.

The video here is made with Vyond and I use as an instruction video in all courses (in portuguese)
