Inquiry regarding course submission

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am trying to publish my course.

It is mentioned in the course review tab that I have to change the course cover picture and I did but still the same comment is there (that I need to change the picture).

do I have to do something? Or just wait?

The new course picture is fine? Or needs to be replaced again?
