Filing W8ben form for teachers from nations with 0% rates from the treaty

Hello,

I am filling the form W8 BEN for my second time but this year is required to write a specific sentence in part II line 10:
I think it is correct to write: I derive business gains not attributable to a permanent establishment.

But it is also required this: "You must also include the relevant treaty article".
Are you having the same problem/doubt as me?
