Not getting any response

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Rakesh. I got an email from udemy that your courses features people other than yourself. Can you explain why this is? If you do not respond by 7 days, your account and courses will be disabled. But I replied to them instantly. But I have not got any response from them at all it has been more than 5 days since I replied to them. Can someone help to solve this? Thank you.
