My question is the certificate of completion of course is offered by Udemy or the instructor?

    When students finish a paid Udemy course, they receive a certificate of completion. This certificate is something they can share with friends, family, coworkers, and potential employers. It's automatically generated by Udemy, so instructors don't need to do anything extra.

    Just keep in mind that free courses and those that only have practice tests don't come with a certificate of completion.
