Meanwhile, I got two 1-star ratings for my course on Udemy due to issues students are experiencing with the video player. Both write in their review comments that the player pauses every few seconds for no reason. This renders students (UfB) learning experience very cumbersom.

Udemy team, look into those issues and fix this problem. I do not want my course rating to go down due to technical issues that I cannot influence.
