Merging Accounts
Greetings,
While creating my account, I accidentally typed in the wrong email address.
I have already uploaded my course and is under review. I'm not able to access the account since the email address is not mine and the 2FA is being sent to someone else. I need to change the email address to mine before the Course is misused by someone.
The merging account option demands a receipt of payment or some other proof. Since my course is yet to be online, i don't have those. I tried contacting support. The automated support bot is taking me in a loop and messaging the wrong mail address. Is there a way to get human support or any other way out?
