Trying to email support

Dear Udemy, I see this isn't a new issue but it apparently isn't being addressed.
I'm trying to contact a real person. Email is the best way but the email, support@udemy doesn't work anymore. A phone number where a real person answers would be good. I don't need a list of topics because my topic isn't in your list.
I've been with you since pretty much the beginning of your company and it would be nice if you should loyalty to your 'customers'.
So, how do I get in touch with a real person?
All His blessings, robin

    Hi @H1S_child,

Thank you for your post! As you correctly mentioned, the email address support@udemy.com is no longer in use.

If you want to get hold of support, we ask you to go to the Help Center, select an article, and navigate to “Contact Us” on the right. This chatbot will guide you through a series of questions to streamline the ticket creation process, reducing the need for extensive back-and-forth communication.

Please note that when you engage with the chatbot, you should be able to submit a ticket by typing
"submit a ticket" in the provided field (multiple submissions of the wording might be required).

The chatbot will prompt you to specify whether you're a learner or an instructor before proceeding to confirm your request to open a support ticket.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have additional questions.

@H1S_child email for support is instructorsupport@udemy.com

    You could try again

@ThuanLTB I don't think the original poster is an instructor. I've been seeing quite a few students posting in the StudioU group lately, as a desperate attempt at reaching someone for support. (You don't have to be a current instructor to post in StudioU.)

@FrankKane Oh, thanks for your info!
