New Here- Making sure I do this correct

Hello all. I am new here to this site. I created a short version of this course (Ministerial Grief Counseling for Funeral Officiants)
Basically how to become a Funeral Officiant
I just wanted to know your opinion on it.
Its not a popular subject but wedding officiant is, and a lot of people do not know that officiants can do Funerals but are not always prepared what goes with it.
TIA

Hi Stacee0
Welcome to the community!
Your course on Ministerial Grief Counseling for Funeral Officiants sounds valuable and unique. While it's a niche topic, it can address an important need. Highlighting the difference between wedding and funeral officiating, and emphasizing the preparedness aspect, could attract those looking to expand their officiating skills. Good luck!

Thank you.. I have a degree in both funeral science and Psychology. I am ordained but mainly want to help others with the grieiving process. Its not as easy as it sounds.

@Stacee0 - personally I find it important for any course I create to resonate with what I enjoy doing/am good at and focus on helping others learn more about it.
It sounds like you've done both - you have a background in this space and you want to help others navigate the challenges of grief.
It could be worthwhile thinking through other folks who could benefit from you knowledge - e.g. if most folks are unfamiliar/uncomfortable with the grieving process could you have a course (or part of one) that helps non-counselors understand it better, or have better discussions about it? That could help increase your audience size while staying in the same general area.
All that said, I consider a course a success if a single person benefits from it in some way… anything else is a bonus.
