Problem with connect Payoneer to my instructor account

Hello,

When I try to connect Udemy to Payoneer as a Payout method it shows me this:

Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account.

Please submit a new application, using an alternate email address.

I tried to:

  • Make the name and email on Udemy and payoneer the same (without success).

    I had a problem, so I gave up. It was not worth the time we spent on that.
