Software to use for recording videos and audio

I have created a test video and I got the feedback that in my audio there was a lot of echo. I do not have a proper mic with me. I am in India. So I cannot buy anything in dollars. So can anyone please tell me what software to use to record the screen along with audio without having any background noise but it needs to be within budget. Please tell me what microphone to use also. It would be more helpful. Please do not tell me any costly items because I will not be able to afford it. I can spend only Rs.2000 or Rs.2500. So please tell me within this budget.
