Why the comments of my students are not published and why I can t see them?
ı am new on udemy as a trainer/ instructor and I have new students who bought my French Course A1 ( Fransızca seviye A1) and they made comments. But their comments do not appear and I can ‘t see them. Why? I don t understand what is the problem:((( every day I live some difficulties :((

What do you mean by comments? Is it a review? or Q&A?
For review it takes about 24 hours to appear, just check later.
For Q&A it appeared immediately.

Reviews can be appeared after 24-48 hours. But If the system detects that (might) be scam reviews, the reviews will not appear

I’m very sorry for the confusion around your reviews not appearing right away. I’d be happy to provide some background information that might help clarify: We have a review filter in place that checks the authenticity of all reviews before they’re published. This process can take up to 48 hours, after which most, if not all, reviews should be visible.
If you’re still missing reviews after that time, reaching out to our Policy Team directly at policy@udemy.com is the best next step. They’ll be able to investigate and ensure everything is in order.
