What can I use to video my screen whilst recording a presentation?

Hello everyone! I'm creating my first course and am hoping that you will be able to assist me. I created a slide show on PPT and would like to record it (full screen) to include in my course. I am battling to do it directly on PPT. Any suggestions or alternative ways I can do it? Many thanks!

I use microsoft Clipchamp for a screen recorder for PPT, it's free.

To record your PowerPoint presentation:

PowerPoint: Use Slide Show > Record Slide Show to record directly, then export as a video.
OBS Studio (Free): Record your screen with audio. Great for full-screen recording.
Camtasia (Paid): Record and edit in one tool, ideal for course creation.
Zoom/Teams: Start a solo meeting, share your screen, and record.
Loom (Free/Paid): Record screen and audio, with optional webcam overlay.
