I am Tim Chui and I have just launched my first course.

I teach on plant engineering subjects. I find that the category that we have to select when developing a course is quite limited for the engineering topics. There's even no category called "Engineering".

I hope Udemy could expand on this category.

I understand that selecting the right category and topic for your course is a crucial decision, as it impacts how your target audience discovers your course. Currently, courses in Engineering are categorized under the following path:

Category: Teaching & Academics
Subcategory: Engineering
Topic: Based on your chosen focus
