video problem
I constantly receive complaints from students about video freezing issues. Am I the only instructor experiencing this?

Hi @ElianaC , i have received 3 complaints since yesterday about a certain video lecture not playing correctly. Users report jumping from 2:05 to 2:12, from 2:17 to 3:00, from 3:05 to 3:30 etc.. I can replicate the issue. It was fixed after re-uploading the same video.
I have reported to instructorsupport@udemy.com with a recording. Please help investigate.
