'Assignment submission is disabled for your organization' message

I've been doing a second Udemy course, the Figma UI UX Design Advanced course and everything had been going ok. I've got to the Assignment Class 9 Project and it will now not let me submit any work for feedback or allow me to leave any feedback. All I get is the following message:

! Assignment submission is disabled for your organization

Does anyone know why this is coming up?

Hey @ElianaC I tried reaching out on the 'Contact Us' button on that link earlier but the Virtual Agent kept coming back it didn't understand. Is there anyone else I can directly contact?

Hi @riccardov303 I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues contacting support. When engaging with the chatbot, you should be able to submit a ticket by typing "submit a ticket" in the provided field (multiple submissions might be required).

The chatbot will prompt you to specify whether you're a learner or an instructor before proceeding to confirm your request to open a support ticket. Once you are next in the queue, you will get a response from the support team.

Sadly I'm not getting an option to 'submit a ticket' at all. It just keeps looping back around indefinitely to asking if I'm a learner or instructor :(

Lot of people are coming forward having the same problem @ElianaC. Do you know if there's been any updates about it internally at all?

Hi, I'm facing the same issue that @riccardov303. I'm not using a bussiness account and I'm getting the same message "Assignment submission is disabled for your organization".

I've tried to create a ticket… supposedly it has been created, but I haven't received the email that the chatbot told me I should have received (15min+ ago). However, the email for registering here has come to me immediately, how curious...

I hope they fix the problem soon and we can continue with our courses.

Still not fixed for me JLopez. Seems like a lot of people are having the same issue and not heard anything back from the ticket I also created. Very frustrating for a course we pay for.

I just tested my daily check and now it works! I hope this is not a temporary solution and that it has been fixed for good. I hope it works for you too!

Hello, I'm having students also complaining about this issue (who aren't in Udemy Business, but just individuals).

Is there a general bug being worked on? Or do I need to submit an individual ticket?

@PhilEbiner We have checked with the team and the issue has been resolved for Udemy Business students; however, if you are getting reports for the marketplace students, please redirect them to the Support team. The team will retest the issue and address it accordingly. Thanks for your help!
