Hello guys, I need your help and positive energy 😓.

I published 2 courses last around 6 months, but they did not sell too much. Now, I have recorded around 10 new courses, but I do not know whether they will have a good number of students or not😥.

Please give me your advice and tell me what I should do to have more students and more income. I like to be a good teacher. Thanks,

    Hi,

Difficult to answer directly. There is no magic recipe (and I do not consider myself as someone who can really give final advice on this, so just sharing some thoughts).

If you spent x time building the course, you should at least spend x+ time marketing it : LinkedIn, Medium, and any other channel your students might be using it (a friend of mine - instructor here as well - used Reddit with great success for example). LinkedIn worked globally well for me.

If you do not have an audience at all, it might make sense to start building one. Some advise to have Facebook groups or LinkedIn groups (this didn't work for me, but worked for some instructors), or build a newsletter as well (tough, but seems profitable, I tried building one, and I am still in that experiment).

So I think you might just be lacking "the marketing part". Ensure you put some effort there. Good luck.

It's not about how many courses you've created; what truly matters is the topic you choose to cover. Focusing on trending and in-demand topics is key—everything else, including additional advice, comes after.

  • For me the contents of the course are important, one of my courses took about 6 months to complete, but it paid off.
