Where is the support request ticket option?

I've been tortured all morning with Alex, going through all troubleshooting steps. Video won't play, this has been over a week. I just want to work with someone in support with a human to assist. cookies, three differnt browsers, incognito, other computer nothing. I'm an IT Director with over 20 years and never had so much frustration simply trying to find a way to contact support.

    Hi @bsavage724,  I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues contacting support. When engaging with the chatbot, you should be able to submit a ticket by typing "submit a ticket" in the provided field (multiple submissions might be required).

    The chatbot will prompt you to specify whether you're a learner or an instructor before proceeding to confirm your request to open a support ticket. Once you are next in the queue, you will get a response from the support team.
