I enrolled on a course. I paid for it, not a freebie.

After 1 hour of the 10 hours I'd had enough.

I wrote a detailed review.

The review was not published. (It is not a course I compete with)

My refund (after 9 days or so) was refused on the grounds I'd watched too much.

A change of policy Udemy?

Usually it takes a few days for a review to appear. A review might be removed if it violated some terms of Udemy. I have no idea about refunds. I do think that refunded courses should have the students' review removed however that is not Udemy policy.
