Feedback on my first course!

Hello there! I'm an Architect and a new instructor on Udemy!
Granted, I'd like to hear out opinions on my first course regarding an overall perspective, and if the sound quality is convenient. Thank you!

A few suggestions…
- Several times you say "you guys." I would urge you to drop the "guys" for obvious reasons. No point alienating anyone.
- The image is on the screen too long. If you are not in the video, any photo gets boring and loses the viewers interest after three to five seconds.
- Why aren't we seeing you? You are the instructor and you need to develop a relationship with the student. No relationship, no buying.
- You need to reduce repetitions and pauses. Students get impatient.

A few comments…
- 31 minutes is way too short. Two reasons: firstly it makes the course seem very expensive. Approximately 60p a minute. Secondly, with only 31 minutes you cannot be giving much to the student in terms of preview. On that point, 18 minutes of the course is available in Preview - so really people are 'buying' 13 minutes.
- The third preview lecture is 15 minutes. I doubt whether anyone will be bothered to sit through that. They MIGHT sit through 'part 1' of a lecture like that if 'part 1' is 4 minutes.
- Two of the three Preview videos seem to be the same. That suggests to me - a passing student who is only spending a few seconds looking at the course - that really, with duplicated lectures, there's not much there.
- You start 2 of the three Preview videos with saying your name and saying 'Hi' etc - and yet in none of them do we see a human. Maybe the whole course is AI? (I'm deliberately being cynical) as your course includes as a course image, a picture of a human I'm beginning to wonder if I'm being deceived….
- First 16 seconds of the first preview: a) sound quality inconsistent b) a long pause c) a long urrrrrrrrrrrrr
- Listed topics on the first video appear one at a time and quite fast so by the time they're finished I forget what they were. Why not lengthen the video and have them on screen as black (not white) bulleted points for about 20 seconds or so?
- Opening 2 videos are at best, informative without any persuasiveness. Nothing - in my opinion - to entice me to enrol, to part with my ££ etc etc There's repetitive videos complete with informal approach from a person who is hidden; pauses and although the course details are listed they're not (very briefly) explained.
Sorry to come over as negative. I stress that I have no particular knowledge of the subject - I am just a casual observer and saw your request for feedback.

Few points:
- The casing is not consistent on the course landing page. Pascal casing should be consistent. Eg. This Course will allow, whether in School or Individual projects.
- Again, use Pascal casing for lecture titles. E.g., V-ray render Settings → V-ray Render Settings or V-ray Rendering Settings.
- The course description can be longer.
- Audio is good.
- As others said, remove that 15-minute clip from the preview.

I am grateful to consume such knowledge from you all. This has been a journey for me as I've always wanted to expand my set of skills by sharing informative videos. Thank you for all the fulfilling critiques, this shall help me improve my upcoming courses!
There is however a few points I should have clarified before;
For the course itself, I wanted to challenge other courses by creating a compact styled course where I emphasize the basics seamlessly in a very short time, and that- to other courses, is considered 2-3 hours more. Now to my knowledge in the "Design" world, my course is considered somewhat impossible since 30 minutes sound A LOT less.
Now for showing my face. I genuinely ask, is it mandatory? I have no issues with it whatsoever, but I honestly want to know if it affects my niche audience or does it necessarily damage my relationship with the student? I've seen many best sellers with similar softwares taught without their face being shown.
*Thank you for pointing out the Audio, I tried my best to keep it fully noise cancelled.
*I shall remove my 15 min clip from preview as I've noticed that people get enough information when they see it haha, doesn't help selling the course I suppose.
*I will consider using Pascal casing, I did not know this actually affects the landing page! Thank you.
Lastly, here's the price I want it to have since it's not a big course. I just now figured out how to make the coupon work!
