Cannot seem to save my course after udemy associate asked me to change it

Hi,

Cannot find any udemy contact details or emails to get support for this. A udemy associate asked me to change my promo video on my landing page and I've tried to upload it and I cannot save it because the save button is greyed out. What do I do? There's no udemy contact support for this? Please help

    Hi @dean_armellin, I'm sorry to hear you are struggling to update the promotional video from your course. I recommend taking a screenshot of the entire landing page and sending it to the Instructor support team. To contact the team, please open the help center article here and click “Contact Us” on the right.

    When engaging with the chatbot, you should be able to submit a ticket by typing "submit a ticket" in the provided field (multiple submissions might be required).

    The chatbot will prompt you to specify whether you're a learner or an instructor before proceeding to confirm your request to open a support ticket. Once you are next in the queue, you will get a response from the support team. 

    We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

    This chatbot is useless. I want to get some help from a person. It just guides me in circles and doesnt even let me submit a ticket. Please can you provide me with an email address of a support team person. :(

    You can view the feedback by going to the course management page and selecting Course Feedback on the left-hand side. If the course is published, it will appear as Udemy Feedback.
