Can I point to an external web page with instructions for a hands-on exercise?

Hi guys,

Setting up a new training course and I've prepared the Hands on exercises with code snippets and expected results etc as a sequence of web pages.

Is it permitted to link to individual web pages from within a Udemy course
What's the best way to achieve this.

Here's an example of one of my exercises - so you'll see what I mean.
