When it’s uploading don’t put your computer to sleep and don’t refresh the browser. Additionally try the following. If the upload fails ignore the issue and wait a few hours and don’t delete the failed upload. It might upload anyways. I’ve had several instances where I got a failed upload message and it still uploaded and got processed after a few hours. Good luck!
I keep getting error message, file should be below 4GB and 720px.
My video file is only 200MB and video is also 720px(tried with 1080px too).
The Audio is set to Stereo(2 channel)
I have tried uploading on apple mac as well as windows using Chrome and safari browsers.
The upload happens successfully, then it goes to processing and eventually fails with file size and resolution error.
Any clue, did anyone face this ?
