I have been approved as a Premium Instructor but my authentication failed later on?

Hello all,
I hope this finds the right solution when I express my problem to you. 2 weeks ago, I have created my instructor account and after a test video, I was told that I passed the minimum standards and was congratulated with obtaining a premium instructor title. During these 2 weeks, I have worked over 20 hours to put my experiences as a software engineer in a course format, and successfully outputted a course and yesterday, I have submitted it for review. But Persona app seems to failed my authentication, the very same authentication that was succesfully approved when I submitted my test video. I experience deep sadness due to this problem because I was looking for opening a new chapter in my life. I seek for your help, recommendations and hopefully to find a right support member to look into my case because it seems that my ticket is getting automatic mails even though I have also provided my ID and information to them in mail.

Thank you @ElianaC, for taking your time for my case. I replied and gotten an automatically-generated looking e-mail at first, then replied again and now waiting for another answer but became anxious in case it won't be solved with that communication channel. Information I have provided is correct, there must be a technical issue and I don't want to lose 20+ hours of my work, and my motivation to contribute more. Thank you for your interest, I will be updating the issue in case it does or doesn't get resolved.
