Course banned for no reason.

I got a message that Udemy belived the voice on my course was AI generated. I was told to fix this, if it was true. It is not true. The speech is made in a sound studio by a professional voice over atist. I know the guy, and have all the receipts to prove it is legit. Suddenly my course was banned. Is there a way I can get my course back online again?
