Hello,
I have my course published on udemy and now want to download some parts of it for editing purpose and upload again. But download option is greyed out. Tried instructor preview as well as student preview. Even toggled download options for many videos and. waited for weeks but still I can not download.
Any help in this regard is very much appreciated. Udemy virtual agent is of no help.
