Udemy Instructor support system

Hello, I am reaching out to know hows your experience being a instructor with Udemy support. I have raised a simple request to download and edit videos of my own course which they reverted that they will assist but after that it seems request is falling on deaf ears. My request was created on 9th May, after repeated followups, All I get is a standard response that we are reviewing your request. my inbox is filled with such response.
Hows your experience. Please note, This is my first support case being a instructor and its very frustrating feeling.

The real question is, since you uploaded your course files, why don't you still have those files? Don't you back up your data, your files? You should have more than one copy of those files already.
