Error message with course submission

in First-time course creation

Hi there, I've added all my content / descriptions etc, and I don't think anything is incomplete, but I'm getting this error message. Wondering if it's the URL that is auto-generated isn't unique, but when I tried a few variations of the URL … it still didn't take. Would appreciate any advice.

    "please adress the issues" means you have unanswerd bits inside your course creator. for example, you could have only 2 out of the 4 'requirements' tab filled out. go back and check to make sure you have filled everything.😀

    Thanks - this morning it asked me to verify via persona, which it hadn't asked me yesterday - so that must be it. Thanks for responding.
