Need Help

Hi everyone,

I signed up on Udemy around 8 months ago and have been trying to submit the tax form since then. Every time I fill it out, it either gets unapproved or something goes wrong — I’m honestly not sure what the issue is.

Now, once again, it’s asking me to fill out the tax form, and I feel stuck in a loop. We've made multiple attempts to contact support, but unfortunately, haven’t been able to get proper help so far.

If anyone here has faced a similar issue or can guide me through what needs to be done, I’d be really grateful. Just want to get this resolved so I can finally move forward.

    I don't need tax advice; at least Udemy should explain why they rejected the form so that we can identify where we made a mistake.

    Hi @Drbhatia, I 'm sorry for the confusion. While we can't provide tax advice, you can check why the tax form was rejected by reaching out to the Instructor Support team.

    Have you already send an email to the Instructor Support team? If you are willing to check the tax status, you can send a request to the support team by opening the center article here and click “Contact Us” on the right. You will be required to type "submit a ticket" in the provided field (multiple submissions might be required) as shown in the screenshot :
