Hello Amazing Udemy Instructors

Im Rhea. - a newbie

I've put together my first course, and I believe I sent it in for review.. How long does it take to review and how can I be sure I sent the course for review?

Thanks, anyone - I'm an amateur, but should I be able to see that information, to be sure the course is in the review process?

@Rhea Congratulations on submitting your first course for review. If you have submitted correctly than you should be able to see that your course is under review. I am not an authority on this issue but you may try following these steps to check…

Log in and switch to Instructor view
Sign in at udemy.com with the account you used to create the course, then go to your Instructor view / Courses area (use your profile menu or the instructor dashboard)

Open the Courses (or My Courses) page
On that page you’ll see pic/tiles for the course you’ve created.

Look at the course tile / status label
The tile will show a label such as Submitted for Review, In Review, Needs Fixes, or Live. That label is the simplest way to confirm whether your course is in the Quality Review queue.

Welcome to our community space 😊. Once you’ve successfully submitted your course for review, the status “In Review” will be displayed in your instructor dashboard. The review process can take up to two business days, depending on the number of submitted courses. If it’s been longer, I’d suggest reaching out to our instructor support team by clicking here and selecting “Contact Us” on the right.

In the meantime, you might find this webinar helpful, it covers what to focus on after your course is published.
