I usually teach with zoom with powerpoints. Can I record in zoom and post directly to Udemy? I thought about powerpoint record as well. Thoughts?
Zoom sessions are usually long. Udemy lectures on an average are 3 to 5 minutes long. Students like it that way. You may have to edit it to keep it short if they are long.
It depends on the audience. I think it could also work if you made it clear before buying.
Thanks for the input! The zoom class has modules with natural breaks to stop and jump back in. I might try this and see where it leads me. While super comfortable with zoom and powerpoint, I'm not good at all with the recording/editing technology. I have yet to find one that is just…easy to use. If you have ideas on a great software package, I'd love to learn. I tried using the free Mac imovie and I can upload the powerpoint slides but I am not good at editing the recording.
