Normally, it takes 20-30 minitues for video processing. But today it's taking unsually long time. I tested with 3 seconds (258 KB) video which is still in processing mode.
Is there anyone facing this issue? What to do to fix this issue?

We have escalated the issue to our engineers for further review. However, we need you to send an email to the Instructor Support team with all details from your video you are trying to upload. To contact the team, please open the help center article here and click “Contact Us” on the right.

yep, i have 1 still from yesterday afternoon, and another i started this morning, still not finished.

While I get Eliana's point that we should contact the team so the team gets examples of the severity of different issues - it seems like some of these sitewide issues should just be resolved globally without making us spend time submitting support tickets.
It's been 24 hours to load a two minute video and still processing. I am working on another course and am concerned that I will not be able to upload the course.
One of my lectures has just been successfully processed, taking around 24 hours.
