Downloading Videos

Hello community,

I hope everyone is doing well.
I can no longer download my videos, either directly in a session
or with the bulk video uploader.
And it's been like this for two days. The download completes successfully, but the video always remains in "processing".

The problem is starting to improve; I'm now downloading my videos within a reasonable timeframe (less than an hour).

Try a different browser, clear cache, and test with a small video to confirm if the problem is only the processing queue.

Contact Udemy Support and open a ticket, because this looks like a back-end issue that only they can fix.
