I’m a new instructor currently building my first Udemy course in integrated photonics. As part of the course design, I’ve experimented with both quizzes and assessments to check learner understanding.
What I’m still unsure about is: which approach works best for truly evaluating student learning in technical subjects?
Since I’m just starting out, I’d really value hearing from more experienced instructors.
