A very happy New Year to all! I wanted to kick-start my New Year in a special way by offering courses on Udemy.
My area of expertise is food science and technology.
I have drafted my first course on Udemy. The course title is "The Science of Carbohydrates."
It is currently under review.
I would appreciate it if some of the experienced instructors could go through the content after it is published and provide me some honest feedback on how I can improve the content.
