When will Udemy show my course to it's followers?

Hello :)

One of the reasons I chose Udemy was so I would have my course shown to all the millions of people who follow Udemy. In return I will make less, but I'm willing to make that trade! :)

I haven't seen any movement yet - it has been published for two days - so when does Udemy promote my course to people?

Yes, in many cases (not all) Udemy does respond. Especially by offering marketing tips. There was a recent post about marketing that might be helpful.

It takes time. Sometimes Udemy will post your course under "hot and fresh" for two months. If that's the case you will get exposure, otherwise it's harder to get exposure. Additionally I don't think there is any major sale at the moment. There was a sale from January 1-13 and your course would be available for this sale if it was published two weeks earlier. If I understand correctly new courses only go on sale two weeks after published.

Please take everything I said with a grain of salt. I'm just another instructor and I may be mistaken.

Udemy promotes courses quite often but as far as I know there is no fixed well-defined schedule.
