I just published a course. Got approved. Went to preview it and shows up as a blank black screen….. I need help resolving this ASAP. Already had a purchase and refund.

Contact support at instructorsupport@udemy.com and they will tell you they cannot replicate the issue and it's a problem on your side. I went through this today.
Seriously though send support an email. Perhaps if enough instructors complain this issue will be fixed.

My courses have a lot of preview videos and I would like students to have the option to check them out. Here is a video demonstrating the issue. I used a link I received from another instructor but the preview does not work. This is an ongoing issue. From my instructor curriculum I can test previews. In the video I tried this course:

I have attempted to replicate your issue on our end but haven’t been able to, which likely indicates that there is no bug on the Udemy site. You'll likely be able to resolve the issue, however, by trying the steps below:

There is no problem on my end. There have been endless complaints on Udemy's community about this issue. Have you looked at the attachment I sent?Preview Not Working.gif There was an error displaying this embed. or more generally: This is a real issue. The general feeling in the instructor community is that Udemy has become unreliable and full of bugs. Best,

I checked out your link and indeed there is an issue with the preview. I really recommend sending an email to:
instructorsupport@udemy.com
If enough instructors complain perhaps support will do something.
