New instructor here: just published my first course

Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself.

I am Diwas. Eight years in tech across software engineering, presales, AI, and technical program management at IBM. I just published my first course, Prompt Engineering: 7-Day Production Bootcamp, and I am working on my second.

Five days in, 34 landing page visitors, zero conversions. Working through the review bootstrapping problem that every new instructor faces.

Two questions for anyone who has been through this:

How did you get your first 10 reviews? And is there anything you wish you had fixed on your landing page before you started driving traffic?

Try giving course with coupon to learners who are interested in your course topic. Ask them for honest review. Don’t pressure them by making it a trade, just request them to give feedback.

I am 100% sure that you didn't publish this course without having some email list/students/followers OR part of any group that do follow the topic. That's where you need to share your coupons (not the FREE ones). This might give you the traction for the enrollments.

I gave your course details to my good colleage Mr ChatGPT. It went through the course description in detail and identified weaknesses and made suggestions.

You could do the same with a variety of AI.
