Promotion of my course by Udemy

Question

Hi I am Rio Kalpana David. I am a first timer on Udemy .I have launched  a course on Prevention of Sexual harassment at workplace based on the India's POSH Act 2013 .My course has 8 registered students leads generated  through my contact  and offer of Free voucher .However I am not seeing any input or promotion of my course by Udemy. I need to understand  the process

it’s a hugely competitive area - your course would have to offer something different.

Amazingly the best seller has 50,000 enrolments, 56% have left reviews, the course is less than 40 minutes long… and was last updated eight years ago!

P.S. I should have prefaced my post with the fact that one of the most important ways that Udemy "promotes" your course is by displaying it in search results.  Check out the Udemy training at:

Nice start with 3 good ratings, but…

The most confusing part for me is that your course seems to be about sexual harassment, which should be a huge topic that potential students are searching for.  However, I find no reference to sexual harassment in your title or subtitle.  Your title and subtitle must include the keywords you're targeting.  Surely, sexual harassment must be a search keyword you're trying to target.  But how will people find that your course is about sexual harassment without reading your course description?

Another point of confusion - does this apply only in India?  Might the POSH principles be applied to committees in other countries?  Can you broaden the scope of your course by presenting this as a global best practice?
