You can use Beecut watermark remover for free but it will also decrease video quality.

Even if I toggle the downloadable option ON, the download lecture option is still grayed out (Instructor Preview, I tried student preview as well)

I am sure I've done all the options (student preview, downloadable toggle) on and off several times, its the same
not just with one course, but in all my courses
